Note: Click play if the audio does not auto start. To replay the audio segment, refresh the page (or press F5).

To enable audio auto start in Chrome, click on 'View site information' (padlock icon at the address bar) then go to 'Site settings'.
Look for Sound and choose Allow (by default, it's on Automatic), then reload the page for the change to take effect. For Firefox,
click the padlock icon at the address bar and look for 'Permissions', then Autoplay setting, and choose Allow Audio and Video.
Then refresh your page.
